NATE PARASKA, MPT Mr. Paraska graduated in 2001 with a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from MCP Hahnemann University. He has been an Industrial Rehabilitation specialist for 22 years with REHAB AT WORK. He has worked with injured workers for his entire career specializing in Physical Therapy, Functional Capacity Evaluations and Work Hardening Programs. He is currently a Clinical Director with REHAB AT WORK. MATTHEW J. PEFFER, Esq. Matthew J. Peffer has been practicing law at ChasenBoscolo since 1997. A native of Leesport, Pennsylvania, he concentrates his practice on District of Columbia workers’ compensation cases. He has successfully tried thousands of cases before the Washington, D.C. Workers’ Compensation Commission and won numerous cases before the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. Matt is a frequent lecturer on Washington, D.C. workers’ compensation issues for Lorman Services and others and is a moderator on workers’ compensation issues for Washington, D.C. Youth Fair. He’s passionate about practicing law because it gives him a chance to make an impact on the lives of those who are in need of help. In his free time, Matt is involved with the Olney Boys and Girls. Club and coaches youth sports. An aspiring chef, he also enjoys cooking and spending time with his wife and two children. THOMAS J. PHELAN, CPA (Retired) Thomas J. Phelan, CPA, President and CEO of IWIF Workers’ Compensation Insurance, has been appointed President of the American Association of State Compensation Insurance Funds (AASCIF). AASCIF is an international association comprised of statutorily created workers’ compensation insurance companies from 26 states in the U.S. and eight workers’ compensation boards in Canada. During his two-year term as President, which becomes effective January 1, 2013, Mr. Phelan will be responsible for overseeing the association’s executive committee and operational needs. COMMISSIONER MAUREEN QUINN (Chairwoman) Commissioner Quinn has been a member of the Workers’ Com-pensation Commission since her 2002 appointment by Gover-nor Parris N. Glendening. In 1987, she graduated from Temple University School of Law with a J.D. Commissioner Quinn received her Bachelor’ s Degree in 1982 from the American University, where she was a recipient of the Stafford JEROME P. REICHMISTER, M.D. Dr. Jerome Reichmister, MD is an Orthopedic Surgeon, who primarily practices in Baltimore, MD. He has been practicing for over 52 years and is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. Reichmister graduated from University of Maryland School of Medicine and completed his residency at Washington Hosp Ctr, Orthopedic Surgery; Sinai Hosp Of Baltimore, General Surgery; Sinai Hosp Of Baltimore, General Practice.He received his medical degree from University of Maryland School of Medicine and has been in practice for more than 20 years. TRACEY RITTER, Esq. Ms. Ritter graduated with a degree in English from Towson State University in 1996. Following undergrad, she worked for several years as a technical writer. She received her law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2005, and has been practicing law in Maryland ever since. Ms. Ritter is a partner at LeViness, Tolzman & Hamilton in Baltimore and heads up the Workers’ Compensation Department there. Her practice is dedicated to representing injured workers before the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission and the Circuit Courts of Maryland. TODD E. SAUCEDO, Esq. Mr. Saucedo is a principal in the Firm’s Workers’ Compensation and Employers’ Liability Practice. Todd represents employers and insurance companies in the defense of workers’ compensation claims in the District of Columbia and Maryland. He also defends workers’ compensation claims arising under the Federal Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act. Todd received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in history from the University of Central Florida. He earned his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.
