SHERIYL TIROCCHI, Esq. Ms.Tirocchi concentrates her practice on the defense of workers’ compensation and general liability matters in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. She has extensive experience defending employers, insurers, and self- insured employers in all phases of workers’ compensation and liability matters. She has represented clients in matters before administrative agencies and trial courts in each of these jurisdictions, as well as before the Court of Appeals of Virginia and the District of Columbia. Ms. Tirocchi also provides trainings and counsels clients on litigation risk, strategy, and claims handling on a variety of issues across these jurisdictions. Sheryl attended Villa Julie College and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies. She earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law. Prior to entering private practice, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Althea M. Handy in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. JEFFREY WINSTON, DC, CWDC Dr. Winston has been director of Baltimore Work Rehab since 2017. During that time he has been responsible for the daily therapy of his patients, including aquatic therapy. He has performed hundreds of Functional Capacity Evaluations and worked with numerous Work Conditioning cases. He is a Certified Work Capacity Evaluator through Matheson.
