and in the course of her employment. Appellant was employed by appellee as a hardware and software engineer. The Appellant was asked to participate in the closing down of on appellee’s labs and perform other tasks outside of the appellant’s work description. During the shut down of one of the labs, the appellant was exposed to chemicals and was not experienced in working with hazardous chemicals. As a result the appellant experienced stress that aggravated a pre-existing anxiety disorder.
The Commission found that the appellant did not sustain any occupational disease as a result of the occurrence.
